A private pre-treatment consultation provides a comfortable and confidential space to talk about sensitive issues openly with Dr Nishel Patel, or Dr Seema Jani. The consultation will begin with a comprehensive review of your medical history and any current symptoms. For example, with prostate issues, this could involve discussing urinary symptoms, while for menopause, it might involve talking about hormonal changes, hot flushes or mood swings.

After discussing the symptoms and medical history, a physical examination is usually conducted. A blood test may be performed to check for further evidence that may support the diagnosis. Finally the doctor will discuss the various potential treatment options with you. Your consultation will be centred around you and your unique medical needs with a view to repairing and restoring your body to full function again.
